Job Summary

  • Previous experience in Hospitality Industry, preferably 5* or standalone restaurant/ trendy Bars
  • Basic knowledge of POS
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • English level: Speaking and understanding, reading and writing
  • A second language as a plus
  • Secondary level or higher
  • Fully knowledgeable in standard cocktail recipes, wine lists, spirits, other alcoholic beverages, garnishes and presentations
  • Maintain complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
  • Interact with Sailors and provide beverage information, promoting drinks and/or upselling
